Macerated with raspberries from our friends at the Jackalhop microbrewery in Plessisville.

Appearance: Luminous rosy pink, fine bubbles.

Nose: Fresh raspberry, redcurrant, and woody notes of vanilla.

Palate: Bright and fruity attack, balancing the acidity of the raspberry with the roundness of the apple, with a slightly tannic structure.

Finish: Long and elegant, featuring red fruits and a toasted touch.
