BROUE HA HA opened in May 2010 and is open 7 days a week. The store is situated in Gatineau in the Outaouais region, at the intersection of Boulevard Saint-René Ouest and Boulevard de l’Hôpital (only a 15-minute drive from Ottawa).

Spring 2021, BROUE HA HA started offering its customers the option to order online and delivery service. Delivery service is only offered in the Outaouais region.
