DELIVERY DETAILS

SAME-DAY DELIVERY:
Depending on our delivery schedule (see below), your order will be delivered on the same day if:
- your order is placed before 1:00 p.m.
- your address’s sector is on that day’s delivery schedule.
Obviously, you may order at any time and we will deliver your order according to our sector-based delivery schedule.
If your sector appears on more than one day of the schedule (for example, Gatineau sector), please specify which day you would prefer in the Shipping instructions section.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE (by sector):
WEDNESDAY: Gatineau and Val-des-Monts
THURSDAY: Gatineau and Cantley
FRIDAY: Gatineau, Hull and Chelsea
SATURDAY: Gatineau, Hull and Aylmer
DELIVERY TIMES:
WEDNESDAY to FRIDAY: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
SATURDAY: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
MINIMUM PURCHASE:
$60 minimum purchase, before taxes and deposits.
DELIVERY FEE:
- $6 flat rate for all sectors.
- No handling fees.
- Tips are not accepted.
NO-CONTACT DELIVERY:
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive the order. The delivery person reserves the right to ask for an identification card in order to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
IF NO ONE IS HOME UPON DELIVERY:
If no one is home to receive the delivery, we will try to reach you by telephone. If we are not able to talk to someone who lives at the address stated in the delivery order, your order will be returned to the store.
We will then contact you by telephone or e-mail to inform you that there was no one home to receive the delivery and that your order is now at our store.
In that case, you will have to come pick it up.
Delivery fees are unfortunately non-refundable.
DELIVERY TO YOUR WORKPLACE
We can deliver your order to your workplace.
DELIVERY DETAILS
If there are specific details concerning your order delivery, please leave a note in the Shipping instructions section.
For example: please use side entrance or please deliver after 4 p.m.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If there is an inventory error or if someone in our store purchased the same item as you did online, this may lead to a stock shortage. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know.
We will then offer you a similar product. If you accept it, it will be added to your order to replace the missing product.
If the proposed product does not suit you, the out-of-stock product will be removed from your invoice. You will be billed only for the available products.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE REGION:
The law does not allow us to deliver or ship alcohol outside of the Outaouais region. Deliveries to Ottawa or any other place outside of the Outaouais region are therefore forbidden.
