We aimed to create a characterful cider by adding the attributes of blackcurrant to a well-textured cider; its red fruit aromas, astringency, and tannins.

It’s dry, complex, and has a lovely mineral touch.

Serving: Serve at 8°C and enjoy as it warms up to appreciate all its nuances.
