RETURN POLICY

eturns may only be done in-store.  

Please bring the item and the receipt.



If the item
has not been opened and is in its original packaging, you will receive store credit towards your next purchase or a refund with the receipt.



If the item is not in its original packaging but has an obvious defect,
we will replace it with the same product at no additional fee, or a product of the same value.



If it is difficult to identify a defect on the used product, you will have to communicate with the company that manufactures the product in question. You will have to explain the situation to them and ask them to contact us as well.



If the manufacturer accepts to refund us, we will then be able to give you a full refund or store credit towards your next purchase.
