Colibri is a 4% alcohol Session NEIPA, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Paradis de la Bière in Rimouski.
To mark their 35th anniversary, we concocted an ultra-drinkable IPA with pink guava, hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin, giving it flavors of Sauvignon Blanc, passion fruit, lime, and citrus.
