This new Pilsner represents the fruit of our expertise and our passion for the art of brewing. Inspired by Czech tradition, we chose to adopt the decoction mashing technique, a brewing process that brings unparalleled texture and malty depth to the beer.
Decoction is a traditional method that consists of removing a portion of the mash (a mixture of water and crushed malt), boiling it, then reintegrating it. This process enhances sugar extraction from the malt, enriching the beer while intensifying its malty aromas.
