St. Johns Bridge
St. Johns Bridge is a West Coast Pils hopped with Cascade Estate Grown and Comet Estate Grown from our Crosby Hop Farm selection, Mosaic from our John I. Haas selection, and Simcoe from Yakima Chief.
This hop combination brings a crisp, assertive bitterness alongside aromas of pine, citrus, and even tropical fruit.
For fermentation, we used OYL-113 lager yeast from Omega Yeast, awarded as part of our 3rd-place win at the Phantasm Cup.
It provides a clean fermentation that perfectly highlights the expression of the hops, all while maintaining the light body and high drinkability of a classic Pilsner with the aromatic, hoppy profile of a West Coast IPA.
