The nose is dominated by roastiness, coming from the specialty malt used in the brewing and the coffee beans cold brewed in the fermenter.

The body of this beer is very round, creamy.

On the palate, the chocolate comes out much more, accompanied by notes of nuts, almonds, and then cookies brought by the choice of malts and coffees.

The moderate bitterness balances perfectly the residual sugar of the beer.
