New England style pale ale with Azacca, Citra and Simcoe hops.

On the nose, we have a nice mix of stone fruits and exotics. A kind of fruit juice with peach, pineapple and passion fruit.

In the mouth, we start with a lot of roundness, thanks to the adjustment of the water and the use of wheat and oat malts.

The pineapple and mango initially dominate the taste completely. 

The finish is dry, thanks to the low residual sugar and moderate bitterness.
