Nocturnum

Dark reddish-brown with a compact, pale yellow-white head that holds well.

An excellent nose with notes of caramel, mocha, and pure chocolate. Spices like licorice and coriander also come through.

The first sip is pleasantly smooth, with warmth from the alcohol and a touch of sweetness.

Then: growing bitterness, partly from the hops but also from roasted and chocolate malts. The finish delivers a fine balance of bitterness, tartness, and sweetness.
