Hully Gully
Sour Pale Ale inspired by the German Berliner Weisse, but hopped in the American way.
The souring comes from a technique called Sour Kettle which consists in inoculating the wort with acidifying bacteria (Lactobacillus) for about 24 hours.
The acidification gives the beer lemony aromas while the hops bring passion fruit/grapefruit aromas.
In this glass no heaviness, only weightlessness.
For acidity, the lactobacillus invades the floor.
Fortunately, the hops don't let themselves be impressed.
