Enigme

Enigma is a blend of wild beers aged in gin barrels and conditioned with Quebec cherries and aronia from our friends at the Cantons agroforestry farm.

It develops a beautiful reddish hue, balanced acidity, cherry notes reminiscent of Kriek, as well as complex, soft flavours ranging between small berries, boreal spices, and a slightly earthy finish.
