Chêne Réaction
A blend of 800 liters of fresh Imperial Stout, 200 liters of Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels, and 200 liters of Imperial Stout that had been aged in Bourbon barrels previously containing La Pimenterie’s Chêne Réaction hot sauce.

By combining fresh and barrel-aged Stout, we’ve captured the malty flavors of chocolate and coffee from the stout, the vanilla sweetness of the oak, and the warmth of the bourbon, which perfectly enhance the heat of the sauce. We rate it 5 chilies out of 5.
