Hops: Nugget.

Grapes: Petite Perle.

Serving temperature: 12-16°C.

A mixed fermentation beer blending a Belgian-inspired quadrupel with Petite Perle grape pomace from Domaine Le Grand St-Charles in Saint-Paul-D'Abbotsford.

Aged in American oak barrels for ten months, then macerated in a stainless steel tank with grape pomace for three months.

Natural fine bubbles, best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

Aging potential.
