Capitaine Pulp - Barncat

Guillaume here, head brewer at Le Ketch.
I’m taking a moment to introduce our next collaboration, which is very special to me.
Capitaine Pulp is our version of the original Pulp recipe from Barncat Artisan Ales, a brewery that closed its doors in 2023.
I remember, well before I started my new career at Le Ketch, a friend of mine from Toronto would drive nearly 60 minutes to pick up the two 1-liter bottle limit per person just to send me one in the mail.
It was an absolute bomb!
A hazy Double IPA with Citra, Simcoe, and Galaxy hops, featuring a ton of hand-peeled clementines.
A true orange juice.
With Jeremy's blessing, we have recreated this gem of the Ontario brewing scene, with a Ketch twist.
This is a beer that clearly fueled my passion for IPAs.
