This beer is a long maceration one. Maceration of our pressing residue from our cider in barrel with a funky blonde beer.

We particularly take a portion made 100% from wild apples presenting a lot of character.

The result is a frank and lively acidity, fine and enveloping bubbles with a super interesting funky twist following its passage in a 500-liter mini barrel.

Very limited limited edition. Enjoy it, it only happens once a year!
