An IPA that takes a Belgian detour. Fruity, dry, lightly spiced.
On the nose, we find some citrus from the American hops and phenols from the yeast used.
The body is quite round, and the beer is nicely effervescent in the mouth. On the palate, we first perceive a slight malty side, followed by notes of orange juice and grapefruit.
The Belgian profile finishes the sip with notes of clove. The final bitterness remains quite mild.
