Still brewed on the same Extra High Gravity base – with an original gravity of over 35° Plato achieved through a monumental grain bill – this stout retains all the richness and depth of the original.

But this time, there’s something new: chipotle pepper.

Chipotle is a smoked and dried jalapeño, known for its warm and slightly spicy character. In this beer, it brings far more than just a hint of heat — it adds a subtle smoky aroma that intertwines beautifully with the chocolatey, roasted, and lightly caramelized notes of the imperial base.

On the nose, you’ll find intense roasted malt aromas with an intriguing woody nuance.
