This dry-to-medium Semillon–Chardonnay blend offers an excellent balance of fruit and acidity, with aromas of green apple and pear, finishing with a refreshing citrus twist.

Made from the finest Australian Chardonnay and Semillon grapes, it is fully fermented like a traditional wine before the alcohol is gently removed.
