JP. Chenest Cabarnet-Syrah

A charming, easy-drinking Southern French red. 

A youthful, ruby red colour. Shows an intense nose of spices, smoke, prune and coffee beans with delicate licorice, herb and spice notes.

Dry, medium bodied, with balanced acidity, supple tannin and spiced, ripe fruit flavours.

PAIRING: Salad with peppers and sundried tomatoes. Duck aiguillettes with honey and 5 berries. Hard matured cheeses (Laguiole, Cantal ...)
