Grape varieties: Frontenac Noir, Marquette, and Petite Perle
The 2021 season featured a mild winter and spring, followed by a hot, sunny summer.
This resulted in an abundant, high-quality harvest. Ideal conditions allowed us to delay the harvest to ensure optimal grape maturity. Made from a blend of Frontenac, Marquette, and Petite Perle, this wine was aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
Aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant, and black pepper lead to remarkable softness on the palate, with a balanced combination of body, slight sweetness, and acidity.
Food pairings: Full-bodied, it pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or braised beef.
Residual sugar: 4 g/L
Ideal serving temperature: 17–19°C
