Oyster Stout

They say that the months ending in “-ember” are the best months for eating oysters.

With September having arrived, we figured it was about time to bring this beer back—the one that sparks so much curiosity.

As tradition dictates, we called on our local producer, fermemaricoledugrandlarge, for their delicious oysters.

A rich, roasted black stout, with a subtle saline touch that brings everything together.

The oysters are good. The beer is too. We just had to figure out what to do with the two!
