Pale yellow, brilliant robe whose nose exudes zest of lemon and subtle mineral notes.

This dry white shows a nice intensity. True to its olfactive traits, it affirms itself on notes of citrus.

Its supple flavor fades to a finale of roundness and finesse. Our grapes come from a parcel planted in 2011.

This dry white wine with a refreshing finish goes very well with oysters, mussels, cheese, cheese fondue and sushi.
