Domaine Côtes d'Ardoise - Riesling 2021

Cultivated at the Domaine for more than 20 years, the Riesling, this viniferas of Alsace gives a small yield in our climates but still delivers all its richness of nose and mouth.

Fruity nose with floral aromas, this dry Riesling extends in mouth by a good structure and a slightly spicy final.

The Riesling is versatile.

FOOD PAIRING:
It goes well with shellfish such as oysters, mussels, shellfish such as lobster, shrimp, roasted poultry.

It remains a first choice with Asian dishes and sushi.
