Full-bodied and mineral on the palate, it features flavors of pear, toasted bread, and a subtly vanilla note.
Its pleasant roundness arises from the balance between richness, acidity, and flavors. The finish is long and elegant.
Pair it with grilled scallops with vanilla sauce, poultry with chanterelles or morels, a salmon fillet with herb pesto, as well as with Quebec cheeses.
Fermented with indigenous yeast.
Aged in the finest French barrels.
