Vive le Québec Lager!
It is brewed with ingredients sourced from all corners of our beautiful province, including malts from Innomalt in Sherbrooke, a yeast strain from Le Labo in La Pocatière, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Golding hops from Duke 25 Hops in Saint-Édouard-de-Lotbinière, and Cascade from Houblon Bastien in Terrebonne.
On the nose, there are notes of the noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh hop and the characteristic aromas of lager yeast.
On the palate, the malts take center stage, reminiscent of the sweet crumb of white bread or the vast cereal fields of our regions.
