The Coteau St-Paul Vineyard and Cidery is located on the southern slope of Mont Yamaska, in the heart of a warm and unique terroir.
The orchard, south-facing and well-ventilated by prevailing southwest winds, offers ideal conditions for fruit growing.
Since 2020, the entire estate has been in organic transition and managed with practices that promote healthy, living soils.
Cidre Mauve, crafted in collaboration with Authentique Projet, brings together ingredients from several local producers to create a final product of exceptional quality.
This one-of-a-kind cider is made with Empire ice cider must, Sabrevois red grape ice must, and blackcurrants from Coteau St-Paul, as well as pure elderberry extract from Vitalité Sureau Farm in West-Brome and haskap berries from Verger Camia in Rougemont.
This softly sparkling, fruity violet-hued cider reveals bright notes of summer berries with a long apple finish.
