Eau Bénite
Halfway between the "devilish blondes" and the Belgian triples, it charms with its notes of sweet pale malts.
Brewed for the first time during the summer of 1996, its name is inspired by a nun who tasted beer for the first time.
This good sister reportedly said that the beer was better than holy water. Amen.
