Trifopoivrée

La Trifopoivrée is a beer inspired by both Belgian and Abitibi traditions. This beer stands out with its seasonal yeast isolated from rustic apples from Val-d’Or and the addition of various peppers, giving it spicy aromas and maybe even a little urge to sneeze?

In addition to offering a peppery (YES, REALLY!) and slightly fruity nose, it has a soft wheat flavor and a mild bitterness. Our three main peppers are Cubeb pepper, Voatsiferipery pepper, and dune pepper (alder).
