We’re bringing out the heavy artillery with a brand-new TRIPLE IPA, and this time, we decided to let two true New Zealand hop monsters do the talking: NELSON SAUVIN and RAKAU!
And because we love pushing things a little further, we went out and gathered different selections and forms of these two little wonders:
- Nelson Sauvin from NZ Hops Ltd & Freestyle Hops
- Rakau from Eggers Hops and Rakau Hop Kief
The result? An explosive, generous TIPA bursting with flavor!
The Nelson literally drips with fruit, boasting impressive aromatic intensity, lovely juicy citrus notes, and a delicate touch of almond that brings a particularly seductive roundness.
Then the Rakau steps onto the stage with its deeply dank, resinous, and green character, giving contrast and rich depth to this whole avalanche of fruit.
It’s intense, complex, ultra-hopped, and terribly satisfying. A massive TIPA that fully owns its 10% ABV and gives center stage to these two exceptional hops!
