This new can is a little nod to our team, who works tirelessly to bring you new beers every week. Between tight deadlines, sometimes-finicky tools, somewhat tricky brews, little production mishaps and days when everything happens at once… everything is fine. Always. Obviously.
Here’s TOUT VA BIEN, an IPA hopped with Citra, Strata and Nelson Sauvin.
In the glass, thankfully, it’s much more controlled than the chaos around it: citrusy notes, a beautiful resinous touch, and white grape aromas that envelop it all.
The finish is aromatic, dry and nice and clean; proving that even when everything is burning around you, you can still put out a solid IPA.
Breathe. Open one. Everything is fine.
