The Apollo pepper was carefully bred and cultivated by Guinness World Record holder Smokin’ Ed Currie of Puckerbutt Pepper Co, combining prized genetic strains of his famous Carolina Reaper and Pepper X.

The Apollo takes this legacy to new heights of capsaicin concentration, packing a punch more intense than any of its fiery predecessors.
