Tonic Québécois

Our first tonic, which won the hearts of Quebecers upon its release in 2016, is a story rooted in the history of Quebec sea buckthorn—juicy and tart.

The bitter floral notes of Labrador tea perfectly envelop the northern acidity of sea buckthorn, supported by a delicate finish of orange and lemon peels.

On the palate, it tastes like the north, winter, and local gin.

It transforms any Gin & Tonic into a journey that tells a beautiful story: our own.
