Our most popular citrus syrup, our lime syrup is crafted with the utmost care during bottling.
We first heat the water and sugar, then add the cold-pressed lime juice at the last moment.
Once pasteurized and bottled, the small batches of 100L bottles, like all our other syrups, finish their journey in the refrigerator to deliver the purest product, as close as possible to cold-pressed lime syrup.
You can pour it anywhere, but we recommend aiming directly for the mojito glass.
It’s more effective and makes for less sticky floors.
The slightly caramelized lime acidity adds both a bitter and sweet touch of lime zest.
