Fleuri - Sumadija

A fruit cider from spontaneous fermentations of organic Melba apples harvested in 2022, this cider is macerated with red plums of the Superior and Toka varieties then blended with Liberty 2021 apple cider and aged for 5 months in the bottle to have a nice creaminess over a sharp acidity.

It is a natural sparkling wine with no sulfites, no filtration and no residual sugar.
