Me So Honey (Collab Jus Sec)
We are proud to announce our latest collaboration with our good friends from Waterloo, Jus Sec. We used their cider and beer blend, which they made in collaboration with Robin from Côté Jardin, to create this unique sauce with flavors influenced by Japan.
This hot sauce with miso, ginger, apple cider, and honey offers a unique mix of flavors, combining the umami richness of miso, the zesty heat of ginger, the acidity of apple cider, and the sweetness of honey.
