This sauce, developed in collaboration with Skod Peppers, Passion Bières & Terroir, and the Microbrewery Aubier, is inspired by the Double Hazy IPA, the anniversary beer of Passion Bières & Terroir.
The citrus aromas of this beer are bottled in the form of a hot sauce, featuring habanero, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and onions sautéed in butter that will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, Pineapple, Mangoes, Double hazy IPA beer (water, barley, oats, wheat, hops, yeast), Grapefruit, Onion, Apple cider vinegar, Water, Orange habanero, Butter, White sugar, Garlic, Salt, Orange zest, Xanthan gum.
