Here is a hot sauce made with a pastry stout featuring tiramisu, raspberries, and rose petals aged in bourbon barrels, to which we added raspberries, maple syrup, and hot peppers, all from the Jackalhop brewery. We then added blueberries, Za and Klo coffee, rose water, and SJB BBQ spices. The result is a flavorful, fruity, chocolaty, spicy sauce with a complexity like no other. It's absolutely insane!
