The aroma of the beer is obviously dominated by a heavy load of citrus and a touch of coriander.

In the mouth, the body of this beer is very thin.

Cashmere bringing notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit and a bit of exotic fruit complements the lemon peel added in fermentation wonderfully.

Salt and coriander stand out at the end of the sip.

The finish is dry and quite acidic.
