Mets-Y De La Zoune

Collaboration with Toltèk Brasseur Artisan & Le Ketch.

Alright, by now, I think it’s a known fact: Sir John loves bowling.

After spending countless nights at the lanes, we just had to brew a beer dedicated to the sport. That’s how Mets-y de la Zoune came to be. For those not familiar with the local Lachute bowling lingo, "Zoune" is when you throw a ball with such a curve that it practically defies Newton's laws of physics, almost always resulting in a strike. It’s a beautiful move—if you have the talent!

But let’s get back to our Triple IPA.

Brewed (obviously) before a game with the fine gentlemen from Toltek and Le Ketch, this beer is a sweet hop bomb. It is loaded with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Dynaboost, Motueka, Motueka Cryo, and Motueka Hopkief.

It’s incredibly juicy, overflowing with exotic notes and citrus zest, as if you were bowling on a tropical beach! The residual sugar provides a roundness that masks its high alcohol content—it'll have you doing a little victory dance with every strike!

Hops: Citra (T90, Cryo, Incognito), Idaho 7 (T90, Dynaboost), Motueka (T90, Cryo, Hopkief).
