We’d be lying if we told you this beer came from the frozen plains of North Dakota; it actually comes straight from our tanks in Lachute.
This beer utilizes a very special process from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops: Cryo Fresh™. These are fresh-frozen cryo hop pellets (it sounds complex, but it’s actually quite simple). For this brew, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested cones—Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe—which were flash-frozen before being pelletized. This method preserves the delicate physical and aromatic nuances of fresh hops while maintaining their full lupulin impact.
The result?
A HYPER-dank beer with a well-balanced mouthfeel and a bold, frank bitterness, supported by aromas of stone fruits, melon, and juicy citrus.
Hops: Fresh Citra, Fresh Mosaic, and Fresh Simcoe.
