Our friendship with the crew at Boréale is one of those moments, and our very first collaboration with them deserves to be revisited. This 2.0 version of our classic collab has been "boosted" with Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Strata, and Strata Cryo, plus the addition of Strata Hyperboost.
It is quite the IPA!
Perfectly juicy and as "dank" as we like them, you will immediately catch the scent of citrus against a slightly bitter pine backdrop, followed by a beautiful tropical touch. This makes for a super drinkable, fresh IPA with a lovely hint of roundness from the residual sugar—barely bitter, but overflowing with flavor!
We invite you to do as we do: put on your big polar bear suit, step back in time, and dance at Sir John’s.
