Shinrin Yoku
We are especially honored to present this collaborative beer brewed with our friends from Godspeed Brewery! Shinrin Yoku is a Pilsner inspired by Czech traditions. We used Czech malt and brewed this beer by decoction to accentuate and complexify the malt character. Of course, we added the highest quality Saaz hops available.
At 4.3% (4 + 3 = 7, it's a concept!), this lager is both simple and complex. You'll find the classic herbal aromatic notes of Saaz hops, along with a cozy body featuring cereal and fresh bread notes. Shinrin Yoku represents our growing friendship with our friends at Godspeed Brewery.
