The secret: our prévostoises bees.

Our friends from the Joseph du Miel de la Garde apiary (our local beekeeper) come to the flowers on our terrace and in our vegetable garden to obtain nectar and pollen.

Thanks to their fine work, they humbly allow us to create our honey blonde.
