Saison Ancestrale

Blended beer made with barley, wheat, malted wheat, rye, and spelt. Aged in barrels that previously held different wines, it is inspired by Walloon farmhouse ales brewed in the early 20th century.

It has a blonde color, topped with a compact and persistent head. On the nose, notes of orange blossom, fine white wine, as well as a pronounced wild character.

The palate has a beautiful fruity and rustic acidity that finishes with a dry and refreshing finish.
