This is an excellent spice and marinade blend for pork, beef, chicken, seafood, or game, and it also works wonderfully as a seasoning for vegetables (especially baked potatoes), soups, and stews.

Gently rub the spices onto the meat, covering all areas thoroughly.

For best results, apply the spice blend to the meat several hours or overnight before cooking.
