All-Purpose Jack Daniel’s Spice & Marinade Blend
This is an excellent spice and marinade blend for pork, beef, chicken, seafood, or game. It also works beautifully on vegetables (especially baked potatoes), soups, and stews.
Gently rub the spices onto the meat, covering all areas thoroughly. For best results, apply the spice blend several hours—or overnight—before cooking. This allows the flavors to penetrate the meat, sealing in natural juices and enhancing taste during cooking.
