The À La Dérive team traveled over 7 hours to visit our friends at Le Ketch microbrewery to brew the first part of this two-step collaboration.
A week later, the Flaviens hit the road to Gatineau to brew the second part of this shared project.
The goal? To brew two different styles using the same hops.
On our side, Romano Savard is a Pale Ale brewed with rice to achieve a dry finish, making it dangerously pintable!
