The finish is surprisingly long for a beer so light in alcohol. The rhubarb used comes from two farms in Lac Saint-Jean and was entirely processed on site.
This new beer reflects the brewery's desire to embrace its local terroir and shorten its supply chains. The can's label is a reference to the 1968 film, Alexandre le bienheureux.
